Informal observations can be announced or unannounced. These are to be completed by Nov. 1 for non-tenured members and November 15 for tenured members.

Evaluations: SLOs and Goal Setting
All members should set their own goals. If your school offers a school-wide goal, that is an option that you should only accept if you feel you can reasonably meet that goal. Remember, goals must be S.M.A.R.T., that is, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Referral and Sign-On Bonuses
In any area determined to be of shortage or extreme need in filling positions, our contract allows the district to offer signing bonuses of up to $5000. For the 2023-2024 school year, the superintendent has determined that all positions are in shortage areas or areas of extreme need.
